Type D\DG\DY\DF\DM multistage Pump is single-suction, multi-stage, segmental centrifugal pump. Type D It is provided for delivering clear water without solid particles or other liquid which is physically and chemically similar to clear water.
The temperature of the liquid is -20'C~ 80'C...Type DG is specially designed for new series of industrial steam boiler. It is not only used for feed water of low-middle boiler but also suitable for pumping high lift water. The temperature of the liquid is -20'C ~ 400'C. Construction:
Type D\DG, DY\DF\DM pumps are horizontally installation. The direction of inlet and outlet of Type DG, DY\DF is vertical upward except type D pump with horizontal inlet. Type DY1\2\3DF can be also with horizontal inlet and outlet.
The axial thrust gets balanced with the help of balance disk. Type D, DG, DY, DF3_40 pumps get the balanced with the help of Symmetrically construction the shaft seal usually uses packing seal, according to customers' requirements, mechanical seal is used, too. Type Df85_67pumps use sliding bearings which get lubricated with dilute--oil.
The others use rolling bearings which get lubricated with grease except type DF155-67 pump with dilute oil. Materials of tolerance parts: Type D, DG pump are made of cast iron, the shaft is 45# steel.
Type DY: The materials are divided into three types:
